MIDA Architecture are working on a mixed use, residential led scheme in the heart of Norwich's Colgate Conservation Area. The project explores the opportunity to convert the existing Grade II listed Georgian houses along Pottergate into residential units above commercial units on the ground floor. The project also proposed to add a row of houses along the rear yard surrounding a central communal garden at the centre of the site.
